Job Description
Location: Clearwater, FL 33759 - WFH Flexibility
Must be local to Clearwater, FL - Will train onsite
Hybrid once perm: hybrid schedule 5 days in 5 days out (Thursday to the following Wednesday)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: M&TU: 7-4:30, W&TH: 7-3:30, F: 7-1:30 Processing teams schedule due to weekly payroll deadlines

Job duties:
- Retrieve commission statements
- Prepare files, review data entries
- Summarize and submit commissions for review
- Respond to questions from other departments
- Track, research, and resolve inquiries and disputes
- Participate in department CI efforts
- Support annual deliverables related to compensation payouts
- Reporting
- Other duftites as assigned
Nice to have
- Commissions analyst background
Required
- Must have relevant work history or education
- Must be MS Excel proficient: Filter/Sort, VLookUp, Knowledge of formula work
- Understanding of business needs and the willingness and ability to be available after hours as needed during busy commission cycles and to meet tight payroll deadlines
- Flexible and open to new ideas and changes to comp plans, and having the insights to recognize challenges and/or opportunities to address them ahead of time
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
