Pay: $60000-$80000 

 
Hours:  M-Thursday 9a-6p (Four day work week!)
 
Type: Direct Hire 
 
 
Job duties:  
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Onboard new clients employing a high touch approach
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and as-needed performance reviews with clients
  • A trusted advisor to clients by effectively communicating how they can benefit from digital marketing and direct mail campaigns
  • Strong ability to handle customer objections tactfully and diplomatically
  • Continuous monitoring of client performance results to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Effectively communicate account performance and optimization decisions to clients
  • Effectively communicate with cross functional teams to relay client feedback for purposes of marketing campaign adjustments
  • Respond to client’s calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Identify and communicate areas of opportunities for clients to leverage additional Deliver Media services
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and developments
  • Proactively identifying challenges that pose a risk and proactively managing account to be aware of any potential risk and mitigate them through developed mitigation plans
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned:  As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Nice to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Franchise marketing/franchise experience
  • Direct mail
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads certifications a plus
  • Sales backgrounds

Requirements:
  • Must have marketing/agency background
  • Must have client management experience 
  • Digital Marketing - SEO/PPC
  • Strong empathy for customers paired with a passion for driving growth
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous self-improvement and learning
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
