Location: Orlando, 32808 - This position is onsite
 
Pay: $18-$22 

 
Hours:  Mon-Fri 9am-5pm very rare nights and weekend will be required
 
Type: Contract, 3 months (leave coverage)

Job duties:  
  • Answering phones and greeting guests assisting candidates with program applications responding and directing emails maintain records 
  • Answer inquiries about our programs
  • Assist interested parties in beginning the inquiry or application process for Habitat programs and/or to refer to programs outside the agency
  • Assist any client that presents a need or goal that they would like assistance with
  • Manage client engagement with the services of other staff members and outside agencies as needed to accomplish the agreed upon goals
  • Manage relationship with the client throughout the plan until the case has been closed
  • Maintain all significant client/mentor data and records
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client data in organizational databases
  • Answer all mail, email, and telephone calls within 48 business hours and in a courteous and professional manner
  • Report status of assessments to management as directed
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned:  As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
 
Nice to have:
  • Highly prefer someone who is bilingual (Spanish)
  • Non-profit background or very familiar with organization
  • Knowledge of community resources or social services
 
Requirements:
  • Must have CSR or call center background
  • Ability to function effectively with a minimum of daily direction and support
  • Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively
  • Proficient with MS Office products
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
