Pay: $19.35 depending upon previous related job experience
Must have 5+ years of banking call center to be considered at a higher rate

Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST

Job description:
- Provide professional and timely customer support via inbound/outbound calls and emails, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests such as balance checks, transfers, and account updates.
- Follow communication protocols and scripts to ensure consistency and compliance with company procedures.
- Resolve issues within authority, identify customer needs, and provide effective solutions or alternatives; escalate priority issues when necessary.
- Route calls appropriately and conduct follow-ups on unresolved matters to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance goals and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on system changes, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Must have (1) year of customer service with a high level of computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
