Job description
- Partner with external vendors and HRIS systems (UKGPro/Wex) to manage day-to-day and annual enrollment activities, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Actively participate in the setup, testing, and optimization of benefits administration systems, including annual enrollment and employee self-service features.
- Coordinate annual compliance testing and audits with external auditors, and ensure timely completion of all necessary government compliance activities.
- Audit, review, and process weekly funding notifications for benefits plans, and collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate employer contributions and employee deductions.
- Analyze large data sets, identify trends or discrepancies, provide recommendations based on data, and assist with the administration of the 401(k) retirement plan and ACA filing requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Must have (6) years of related work experience in benefits/retirement administration
- Must have (5) years of analytical and administration of benefits
- Knowledge of benefits laws and regulations, including all aspects of the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, and its recordkeeping provisions.
