Job description:
- Ensured accurate and timely processing of commission and override payments to Agents and General Agencies.
- Provided administrative support to marketing and sales teams, including handling calls, messages, and meeting scheduling.
- Processed, sorted, and reviewed invoices and payment requests; maintained vendor files and managed vendor communications.
- Reconciled incoming funds by obtaining and reviewing carrier and upline statements.
- Maintained confidentiality while delivering clear written and verbal communication to internal staff and external partners.
Nice to have:
- Bonus and commission processing
- (3) years of accounting experience
- Accounts payable
Requirements:
- Must be MS Excel proficient: Formulas, pivot tables
- Must have proven experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating data.
- Must have a high level of math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to provide internal customer service and not take pushback personally.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Background check required.
