Location:  Port Richey, 34668 – This position is onsite

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Type:  Contract to hire

Schedule:  M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Job description
  • Ensure Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork, including Bills of Materials (BOM), training records, and work instructions in compliance with IQMS and ISO standards.
  • Develop and Maintain Work Instructions: Create, update, and document manufacturing and operational work instructions; collaborate with QA and Production teams for revisions due to RMAs or corrective actions.
  • Monitor and Report Production Issues: Identify inefficiencies, report discrepancies in BOMs, and recommend improvements in labor and packaging processes to support continuous operational improvement.
  • Support Training and Onboarding: Maintain training records and provide instruction to new operations employees on standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across teams.
  • Promote Safety and Organization: Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment; proactively identify and mitigate safety hazards while performing various operational support tasks.

Nice to have:
  • Manufacturing training background

Requirements:
  • Must have experience recently with creating training materials, coming from a training job title or teacher/educator/adult education background.
  • Will be on the production floor 50/50 when first starting running machines to learn the how to teach new hires.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background check required.
  • Drug screening required
