Location: Tampa, 33619 - This position is onsite

Pay: $20-$22.00 per hour
 
Hours:  M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
 
Type: Contract to Hire

Job duties:  
  • Provide general administrative support to teams at a small company of about 25 employees
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Write and edit documents, prepare communications and email correspondence
  • Assist with accounting and bookkeeping support
  • Enter invoices in MS Excel
  • Provide support for special projects
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned:  As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
  
Nice to have:
  • Accounting
  • QuickBooks 

Requirements:
  • Must have previous administrative experience in construction (preferred)
  • Must have strong MS Excel skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
