Location:  Little Rock, Arkansas – This position is onsite

Pay: $20-23 per hour 

Type:   Contract to hire

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm, some flexibility on arrival time

Job description:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers, maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings, including managing logistics and preparing materials.
  • Organize and sort departmental mail, ensuring timely distribution and processing.
  • Prepare and review various departmental reports, maintain agendas, and ensure accurate recordkeeping for interdepartmental meetings.

Nice to have:
  • 6+ months of banking experience

Requirements:
  • Must have (1) year of recent relatable administrative experience
  • Must be MS Office proficient: Excel, PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
