Job duties: 
  • Enter agent information into contracting system 
  • Monitor exception reports and work exceptions as needed 
  • Ensure commission levels match the contracts for agents, agencies, and carriers. 
  • Communicate with internal account management team to ensure agency satisfaction 
  • Monitor and respond to all contracting and commissions questions received via email 
  • Communicate with Carriers and External Partners as needed 
  • Assist with Release Requests as needed 
  • Respond to monitoring, coaching, and various forms of feedback and quality analysis designed to ensure performance metrics are achieved 
  • Consistently meets established productivity goals 
  • Report on weekly task progress  
  • Support short term operational activities as assigned 
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned:  As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements:
  • MUST have 1+ years of office CSR type experience and be comfortable helping with phone calls if need be 
  • Must be okay with monotonous, repetitive, extremely detail-focused work 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
