Location: Tampa, 33634 – This position is onsite
 
Pay: $60,000-$70,000 
 
Hours:  M-F 8-5
 
Type: Direct Hire 
 

Job duties:  
  • Supervise and lead administrative team to meet department goals
  • Manage work assignments, schedules, employee training facilitation and development
  • Set goals and performance expectations
  • Conduct performance reviews, maintain quality standards
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Manage client communication, budgets, project scheduling, issuing reports and invoices, file purging
  • Support Engineering Managers depending on the departments needs, provide administrative support
  • Support Engineering managers by communicating with clients and homeowners 
  • Schedule Engineering department meetings
  • Support special projects
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned:  As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
  
Nice to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Claims Managers
  • Insurance Adjusters
 
Requirements:
  • Must have 8 years of related work history
  • Must have 5 years at minimum in a management position with 5 or more employees reporting directly to them 
  • Must have industry experience in engineering.
  • Experience with employee performance, performance reviews, new hire on-boarding, developing procedures, employee training, monitoring productivity 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
