Job ID 20028 – Member Service Advisor – Bilingual: Spanish/English

Location:  Dunedin, FL 34698 – This position is onsite

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Type:  Contract-to-hire

Schedule: (8) hour shift between department hours
Department hours: M-F, 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Saturdays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Saturday rotations required about once a month


Job description:
  • Offers timely, courteous, and precise service to both internal and external members.
  • Provides tailored service that addresses unique member requirements.
  • Identifies and recommends products and services that enhance our members' financial well-being.
  • Administers member updates and upkeep as necessary.
  • Solves issues effectively and conducts research when necessary.
  • Offers technical support for electronic services.
  • Responsible for achieving productivity, quality, and sales targets.
  • Maintains professional and effective communication across departments to foster collaboration.
  • Ensures confidentiality of member information throughout service interactions.
  • Upholds all ethical standards of the credit union.
  • Represents the financial institution with courtesy and professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual: Spanish/English
  • Must have experience in a financial institution:  Banks, credit unions, insurance companies, investment companies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check required
  • Credit check required
