Location:  Largo, 33771 – This position is onsite

Pay:  $70,000 - $85,000 

Type:  Direct hire

Schedule:  M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST


Job description:
  • Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Analyze financial information, operating results, manufacturing costs, variance reports, KPIs, and inventory.
  • Develop and maintain standard costs, monitor variances, and collaborate on cost accuracy with purchasing and operations.
  • Support special projects, reporting requirements, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, business processes, and accounting policies.
  • Coordinate annual reviews with external auditors and assist in annual budgets with the Controller and other managers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have (5) years of accounting experience 
  • Must have cost accounting experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including V-Lookup’s and pivot tables
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
