Job ID 19978 – Trust & Financial Services Associate
Location: St. Petersburg, 33701 – This position is onsite
Pay: $65k-$75k/yearly
Type: Direct Hire
Job duties:
• Primary responsibilities will be meeting the needs of clients and coordinating with third party vendors to include financial operations and information technology
• Process daily cash and client requests
• Serves as liaison between third parties
• Assist with resolving issues
• Perform administrative activities associated with financial accounts
• Assist team to exceed the expectations of clients
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
• College degree
• Experience with financial securities movement and income processing
Requirements:
• Must have (5) years of financial operations background in investment management, trusts, or brokerage firms (not retail banking)
• Strong client relationship management skills required – Dealing with high level cliental
• MS Office proficient
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required
• Credit check required
