Hours: M-F 8-5

Job duties:
  • Make photocopies, fax/scan documents and perform other general clerical duties
  • Create ID access badges for all employees
  • Run employee reports in Paycom as requested
  • Respond to verification of employment reference requests.
  • Assist HR Recruiter with full life-cycle recruiting
  • Process pre-employment paperwork and background checks
  • Verify onboarding process is complete for all new hires
  • Prepare responses to unemployment claims
  • Report all work related injuries and provide follow-up on Workers Comp claims
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree and/or 2 years relevant work experience
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
  • Must be able to handle high volume human resources inquires
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening is required
