Schedule: Must be open to shifts M-F, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST

What does success look like?
Month 1 – Completed 2 weeks of training and 2 weeks of calls. Meeting 80 call per day volume and getting close to booking 3 visits per day.
Month 3 – Similar to Month 1, great attitude, excellent attendance. Booking 2-3 visits per day, showing signs of improvement, and enjoying the work and the team.

Job description:
- Encourage patients to schedule initial in-home visits.
- Conduct outbound calls (90% of workload) and/or receive incoming calls from health plan members to arrange and coordinate in-home visits with nurse practitioners.
- Follow predefined call scripts for engagement, tailoring conversations to suit each individual.
- Address inquiries, clarify information, and offer solutions to potential patient concerns.
- Highlight the benefits of health risk assessments and counter patient objections.
- Accurately document customer feedback and special needs in a computer-based system.
- Identify current issues and anticipate future needs, providing additional information as required.
- Navigate electronic medical records to access necessary information.

Requirements:
- Must have (1) year of outbound call center experience.
- Ability to overcome objections to participation.
- Must be seeking a career opportunity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background check required.
- Drug screening required.
