Location:  Tampa, 33634 – This position is onsite

Pay:  Around $85,000 yearly, depending upon related experience

Type:  Direct hire


Job description:
  • Develops and implements comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborates with management and staff to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Designs and updates training materials such as outlines, handouts, and tests.
  • Maintains accurate training records and evaluates training effectiveness.
  • Conducts regular needs assessments and adjusts training programs based on feedback and business requirements.

Requirements:
  • Must have dental experience in a clinical setting
  • Must be proficient with writing SOP and work instructions
  • Proven experience with adult learning methodologies 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
