Location: Bradenton, FL 34205
Pay: $19 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours (Mon- Fri, 8:30am - 5pm) with 1 hour for lunch

Summary: This role is very finance driven, including daily use of MS Excel and MS SharePoint. It is repetitive in nature with heavy attention to detail required.
75% - About 25-40 check pulls, matching documents, printing checks, getting them signed, creating labels, and mailing

Job duties:
- Provide basic department general systems navigation training
- Provide training, support and troubleshooting for claims software platforms
- Perform daily claims check processing, check pulls, refund research, recovery, and other financial transactions.
- Provide data quality analysis and correction for financial, claims and policy related data
- Answers staff inquiries
- Prepares various letters, reports, and forms
- Conducts QA of work performed and provides results to Manager, follows up on requested information
Nice to have:
Prior experience/knowledge of worker’s compensation insurance
Requirements:
- 1+ years of finance/accounting background
- Customer service experience
- Strong MS Excel
- Attention to detail / Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge in generating process documentation
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background Check required
- 2 Professional References required
