Location: Largo, 33771 – This position is onsite

Pay:  $75,000-$95,000

Type:  Direct hire

Schedule:  M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST


Summary:
This position is a 1-person Human Resources team.  The ideal candidate will have broad range of human resources expertise.  

Job description:
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and develop job descriptions.
  • Plan and execute HR strategies, oversee benefits, payroll, and policies.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Conduct surveys, implement compensation structures, and facilitate development programs.
  • Handle risk, safety, and exit interviews with corrective actions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • SHRM or PHR Certification
  • Must have (5) years of Human Resources experience
  • Experienced with employee relations
  • Familiarity with ADA, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and FLSA
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
