Job Description
Location: Tampa, 33607 – WFH Flexible
Onsite Tues, Weds, Thurs required
Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour depending upon experience
Type: Contract to hire, long term contract
Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p EST
Job description:
- This role will be handling 99% of the administrative HR tasks.
- Manage employee name changes, office transfers, and parental leave administration.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary/contractor employees.
- Conduct background check reviews to ensure compliance and flag any discrepancies.
- Generate employee documents such as employment verifications and intern agreements using templates.
- Log and process invoices for immigration, background checks, and employment attorney services.
- Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to ensure timely communication and updates on joiner/leaver documentation.
- Partner with IT and HR teams to update HRIS systems with accurate joiner/leaver information and maintain I9 forms and Visa Tracker.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Must have (2) years of recent Human Resources experience.
- Experience with managing multiple workstreams at the same time.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background check required.
