Job Description
Location: Fully remote
Approved work locations: FL, GA, TN, TX, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Ohio
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Type: Contract, 3 month project with possible extension
Benefits available during the contract period
Shift: Varied schedule, confirming
Job Description:
- Provide first level support to employees and clients
- Respond to data inquiries
- Process and maintain employee records
- Assist with password reset
- Assist with new hire data entry
- Process change forms
- Research and respond to payroll questions
- Other duties as assigned
Nice to have:
- Prior PEO
Must have:
- Bilingual: Spanish
- Call center experience: Ability to take at least 40 calls per day
- Ability to guide callers via phone through Client and Employee Portal
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
