JOB ID 20216 – Collections Representative (B2B)

Location:  Jacksonville, 32202 – This position is onsite

Pay: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour

Type:  Contract, 3 months

Schedule:  M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Job description:
  • Outbound Collections: Make outbound calls and send emails to follow up on past due payments and negotiate payment arrangements with business clients.
  • Account Management: Review and manage accounts with overdue payments, ensuring accurate and timely updates to records and status.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve payment disputes or issues with clients, coordinating with internal teams as necessary to facilitate resolution.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of collection activities and provide regular updates and reports on collection progress and outstanding balances.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain professional relationships with clients to support effective collections while ensuring a positive business relationship.

 

Requirements:
  • Must have recent B2B collections.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check required.
