Job Description
Location: Brandon, 33511 - WFH Flexible
Must be able to train on site for approximately (2) weeks
Must be able to report onsite for meetings approximately 1x monthly
Position may return onsite, date TBD

Job duties:
- Communicate with City, County, Code Enforcement and Building Officials to obtain official violation documents
- Negotiate reduction or discharge of fines/liens
- Communicate and work in cooperation with other Departments (REO, PP, Repairs, Accounting)
- Communicate with client(s) – Submit outstanding bids to avoid fines, request approval for payment of fines/fees
- Process client payments
- Communicate incidents to manager/request authorization for payment for any company-liable violations
- Access CV SAR daily to track jobs via Code Violation Status
- Ensure timeline compliance, review for property count and overview
- Verify CV file contents (docs, photos, emails) within property record
- Ongoing training on company policy and client specifications
- Create Code Violation(s) by client/investor, providing inspector posting(s)
- Notify code enforcement of ETC when bids are approved to cure, negotiate for extensions when required
- Monitor work progress, provide support for team completing work with any information needed to complete CV services
- Conduct proper follow-ups and ensure services completed by due date
- Update client regularly on progress
- Communicate with Completion Coordinator on any issues requiring resolution prior to reporting completion to code enforcement
- Review completion photos to verify satisfactory completion
- Notify code enforcement of completion and coordinate for compliance re-inspection
- Obtain written compliance verification from local code enforcement
- Notify client of completion, providing written compliance notification
- ‘On hold’ jobs must be followed up on weekly
- Review Client denials, provide information for re-submission (if required) to bid writing team for inclusion in new bid package
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
- Construction, repair, plumbing knowledge (preferred)
Requirements:
- Administrative support background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Applicants will be expected to pass a computer proficiency test, drug screen and successful background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
