Location:  Oldsmar, FL 34677 – This position is onsite    

Pay:  $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Type:  Contract, estimated (2) months with possible extension

Job description:
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborative Work: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, executives, and other business leaders to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
  • Data Visualization: Create and present visual data representations using graphs, infographics, and other methods to convey insights effectively.
  • Objective Understanding: Ensure a clear understanding of business objectives and user needs to align data analysis with strategic goals.
  • KPI Development: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track business performance.
  • System Documentation: Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay vigilant for ways to enhance monitoring, identify issues, and deliver better value to customers.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Craft compelling presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Must have 2-3 years recent experience in an analyst role
  • MS Excel proficient:  Pivot tables, VLOOKUP
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
